Update one of your Subscriber accounts online or by fax.
 
(2) ADD AN ACCOUNT TO UL GRADE A OR B STATUS
Update one or more of your acocunts to have specific alarm responses. 
 
Request ADM to review and provide you with the steps necessary to remove an account from UL GRADE A or B status.
 
Upgrade an email "NOTIFY" signal To have LIVE OPERATOR respone by selecting UL GRADE B or higher for the account. 
 
Request a Subscriber account to send signals via the internet using our own internet transmitters available at: www.DigitalDiverter.com ) 
 
Request a Subscriber account to send signals via Cellular or GSM transmitter.
 
Request a Subscriber account number to send 2 way voice services.
 
Request a Subscriber account number for elevator or tape dialer type acocunts.
 
Add a time table to restrict openings and closing times for a Subscriber acocunt.
 
Dealers can create an INSTANT ONLINE ALARM INSURANCE CERTIFICATE right here for their Subscribers.  A $5.00 fee is required per Certificate Issued.
 
Request a Subscriber acocunt to have MULIT_TRIP delay on any zone or zones.
 
Request a Subscriber zone to become INTERACTIVE through VirtuAlarm® .
REQUIRED FOR OUTDOOR SENSORS, BEAMS, FREEZE, FLOOD and TEMP SENSORS.
 
Request Support to perform a special request.
 
(14) INACTIVATE OR CANCEL A SUBSCRIBER
Request a Subscriber account to be inactivated or cancelled.
 
Request a Partition or Area to be REMOVED from a Master Account. 
 
Request a 3rd Party Device Charged to your monthly invoice removed if you have deleted the Customer account yourself through Dealer access.
(12) INACTIVATE OR CANCEL A SUBSCRIBERRequest inactivation or complete cancellation of any particuliar account.
