90 DAY TEST DRIVE

FIRST 12 MONTHS BASIC MONITORING FREE
Don't Pay a dime for basic monitoring services for the first 12 months of services. Simply send in your monthly invoices for full credit against the basic monitoring fees each month. Then make payment for the non-basic services that are left over such as Cellular, Broadband or Toll Free Line Services. (Promotional offers require a 24 month minimum term commitment AFTER the promotional period and excludes any optional services, third party services, toll free line fees, line termination fees or membership fees.)
TIER 1 MONITORING $1.00 per ACCOUNT
USING YOUR OWN TOLL FREE or LOCAL RECEIVER LINE.
This Plan is for those Dealers who already have their own TOLL FREE or LOCAL RECEIVER number(s) that will be pointed to our Direct Inward Dial (D.I.D.) network, but remain the in the Dealers name for monthly payments.
TIER 2 MONITORING $2.00 per ACCOUNT
INCLUDES A TURN-KEY TOLL FREE INBOUND RECEIVER LINE.
We offer an ALL INCLUSIVE RATE for those Dealers who choose to have us provide and pay for a NEW TOLL FREE RECEIVER LINE. With this plan, each month, you pay American Digital Monitoring® per account for the monitoring service and ADM pays for all your toll free services.

FREE VIRTUAL LINE CARD
Each Dealer receives their own VIRTUAL line card with 10,000 account numbers RESERVED for their own accounts. You may choose to have us open blocks of 100 or all the accounts at one time. Regardless of your choice, accounts 0001 to 9999 are reserved for that particular Dealer and cannot be stepped on by any other Dealer.
FREE DEALER ACCESS
All Dealers receive our Dealer portal to add, delete and change any of their Subscriber accounts in REAL-TIME. Our Dealer portal also offers many report options to manage their accounts.
FREE NEW DATA LOADING
All Dealers receive FREE data loading when using our Dealer portal services. New Dealers receive their first 90 days of new account loading FREE using either our fax-in service or our "point-n click" form.
FREE SUBSCRIBER ACCESS
Allows the Dealer to authorize Subscriber access to review their account data online 24/7. FREE access can be upgraded to include the ability to allow the Subscriber to add, delete or change their call up list and passwords 24/7. The Subscriber can also add automatic notifications to be sent by Text, Email or SMS on any or all signals from the Subscribers alarm system at the SAME TIME our dispatch center receives the notification. (A permanent audit trail is provided in the Subscribers history on every action taken.)
FREE DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT
Every 24 hours, the Dealer will receive an activity report of all signals processed. This report can be custom designed to report only specific events or everything.
FREE OPEN & CLOSE REPORTING
Dealers receive FREE daily logging of Opening and Closing signals for their accounts.
FREE TEST REPORTING
Dealers receive FREE Auto test verification. Should the account fail to test in a pre-set Daily, Weekly or Monthly parameter, the Dealer will receive notification in their daily activity report.
FREE UNKNOWN ACCOUNT NOTIFICATION
Should any UNKNOWN account number be received in the Dealers reserved account group with a VALID alarm signal, the first signal will be auto-logged. Upon a second signal receipt, our software will automatically build an "UNKNOWN ACCOUNT" shell and notify the Dealer of its existence by immediate email.
FREE TROUBLE SIGNAL OPERATOR RESPONSE
Any Trouble signal received is processed by our IVR system for notification to the alarm premises. UL FIRE accounts will have their entire call list called by IVR in an attempt to notify them of the trouble condition instead. The signal information and the Subscriber response is then sent to the Dealers daily report for action.
FREE SUPERVISORY SIGNAL OPERATOR RESPONSE
Any Supervisory signal received is processed by our IVR system for notification to the alarm premises. The signal information and the Subscriber response is then sent to the Dealers daily report for action. UL FIRE accounts will have their entire call list called by Ivr in an attempt to notify them of the supervisory condition. Then if there is no response through the IVR system, a live operator will contact the Fire Department per NFPA 72 requirement for notification.

It easy to include 2 way voice monitoring to your service. Recommended in applications where elderly or disabled Subscribers are involved.

From Elevator phones to Parking Lot and Highway Emergency phones your Subscribers can get it all through American Digital. Using caller I.D. Technology, we can identify the caller before they even say a word and have all the information needed at our fingertips.
LOCAL CENTRAL STATION NUMBER ANSWERED IN YOUR COMPANY NAME
While our Dealers do receive a toll free number for their subscribers to call into the monitoring center at no additional charge, we can also offer a LOCAL number that is answered in your company name by a live operator 24/7.
