Our new Go To My Alarm Customer Access which includes the ability for the Dealers Customers to review account history, reset passwords, add or delete contacts and have the ability to receive TEXT alerts on any alarm condition will start on January 1st, 2018. Each Dealer will receive a monthly fee increase of $12.00 per month for this service regardless of how many Customer accounts you have.

The first 30 days of this service is given to our Dealer for free to in order for you to see if this service is a benefit for you. If you DO NOT WANT the new service after this 30 day free trial, and the $12.00 charge that it carries with is starting 02/0118, please send an email to benprice@cencominc.com to cancel the service no later than 01/31/18.
