90 DAY TEST DRIVE

Don't pay anything for monitoring your accounts during your first 3 months with us. Great for start-up companies just starting out needing every spare dollar for building their new account base.

FIRST 12 MONTHS BASIC MONITORING FREE
Don't Pay a dime for basic monitoring services for the first 12 months of services.  Simply send in your monthly invoices for full credit against the basic monitoring fees each month.  Then make payment for the non-basic services that are left over such as Cellular, Broadband or Toll Free Line Services. (Promotional offers require a 24 month minimum term commitment AFTER the promotional period and excludes any optional services, third party services, toll free line fees, line termination fees or membership fees.)  

 

 

TIER 1 MONITORING $2.25 per ACCOUNT
USING YOUR OWN TOLL FREE or LOCAL RECEIVER LINE.

This Plan is for those Dealers who  already have their own TOLL FREE  or LOCAL RECEIVER number(s) that will be pointed to our Direct Inward Dial (D.I.D.) network, but remain the in the Dealers name for monthly payments. 

 


TIER 2 MONITORING $2.00 per ACCOUNT
TRANSFER YOUR EXISTING TOLL FREE RECEIVER LINE TO OUR PROVIDER 'IPTEL'.

This Plan is for those Dealers who already have their own TOLL FREE or LOCAL RECEIVER number(s) that are willing to release them to our long distance provider while monitoring in our center.  All signals are routed directly into our automation system without the need for a D.I.D. network connection.  The Dealer NO LONGER pays for the toll charges under this plan.

 
 
TIER 3 MONITORING $2.00 per ACCOUNT
USING OUR TURN-KEY TOLL FREE INBOUND LINE.

we offer an ALL INCLUSIVE RATE for those Dealers who choose to have us provide and pay for a NEW TOLL FREE RECEIVER LINE. With this plan, each month, you pay American Digital Monitoring®  per account for the monitoring service and ADM pays for all your toll free services.

FREE VIRTUAL LINE CARD
Each Dealer receives their own VIRTUAL line card with 10,000 account numbers RESERVED for their own accounts. You may choose to have us open blocks of 100 or all the accounts at one time. Regardless of your choice, accounts 0001 to 9999 are reserved for that particular Dealer and cannot be stepped on by any other Dealer. 


 
FREE NEW DATA LOADING
We NEVER charge our Dealers to set-up a new account. Simply use our on line "point-n click" form or use our fax in form. 


 
FREE DEALER ACCESS
Allows the Dealer to access his accounts to add, review or change accounts 24/7. It also includes countless report options to manage their accounts. 


 
FREE SUBSCRIBER ACCESS
Allows the Dealer to authorize Subscriber access to review their account history, add, delete or change their call up list and passwords 24/7. (A permanent audit trail is provided in the Subscribers history on every action taken.) 


 
FREE E-NOTIFY SERVICE
Included with Remote Subscriber Access The Dealer or The Subscriber can receive automatic notifications to be sent by Text, Email or SMS on any or all signals from the Subscribers alarm system at the SAME TIME our dispatch center receives the notification. 


 
FREE DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT
Every 24 hours, the Dealer will receive a activity report of all signals processed. This report can be custom designed to report only specific events or everything. 


 
FREE OPEN & CLOSE REPORTING
Our Dealers receive FREE logging of Opening and Closing signals for their accounts. 


 
FREE TEST REPORTING
Our Dealers receive FREE Auto test verification. Should the account fail to test in the pre-set time such as Hourly, Daily, Weekly Monthly or Quarterly the Dealer will receive notification in their daily activity report. 


 
FREE UNKNOWN ACCOUNT NOTIFCATION
Should an UNKNOWN account number be received in the Dealers reserved account group with a VALID alarm signal, the first signal will be auto-logged. Upon a second signal receipt, our software will automatically build an "UNKNOWN ACCOUNT" shell and notify the Dealer of its existence by immediate email. 


 
FREE TECH-MAN 10,000 ONLINE MANUALS
Each Dealer received access to over 10,000 online tech manuals and installation guides. Dealers can locate, review and print virtually ANY installation guide or User manual to any security equipment. 


 
FREE CANCEL SIGNAL OPERATOR RESPONSE
with UL GRADE A SERVICE
With our UL GRADE A service, when an Cancel or Opening signal is received with or any time after an alarm, our Dispatchers will still call the premises to check on their wellbeing. 


 
FREE TROUBLE SIGNAL OPERATOR REPOSNSE
with UL GRADE A SERVICCE
Any Trouble signal received is forwarded to the Dealers daily activity report for their review and response. With our UL GRADE A services, we will notify the Subscriber in accordance with the pre-set call-up list. 


 
FREE SUPERVISORY SIGNAL OPERATOR RESPONSE
with UL GRADE A SERVICE
Any Supervisory signal received is forwarded to the Dealers daily activity report for their review and response. With our UL GRADE A services, we will notify the Subscriber in accordance with the pre-set call-up list. 


 
FREE LATE TO TEST OPERATOR RESPONSE
with UL GRADE A SERVICE
Any LATE TO TEST signal received is forwarded to the Dealers daily activity report for their review and response. With our UL GRADE A services, we will notify the Subscriber in accordance with the pre-set call-up list. 


 
FREE VoIP COMMUNICATION FAIL OPERATOR RESPONSE
with UL GRADE A SERVICE
Any Fail to Communicate we receive, either because of a panel failure or due to use of a poor quality VoIP line, is forwarded to the Dealers daily activity report for their review and response. With our UL GRADE A services, we will notify the Subscriber in accordance with the pre-set call-up list. 


 
FREE OPENING & CLOSINGS SERVICE
While American Digital does provide FREE opening & closing reporting, for an additional fee we can also offer you total access control with restricted access by pass card identification for afterhours unscheduled entry, late to close, early to close and even late to open on any alarm system. Supervised rates start at $10.0 per month.

2 WAY VOICE ALARM REPORTING
It easy to include 2 way voice monitoring to your service. Recommended in applications where elderly or disabled Subscribers are involved.


 
TAPE DIALER / VOICE ALARM REPORTING
Some alarms still have tape dialer reporting formats, plus some of the newer do it yourself Subscribers are looking for a monitoring center to be on their voice dialers in the event their neighbors don’t answer their call for help. American Digital is one of the only centers that can take these calls as easily as if they were digital format using caller I.D. Technology.


 
ELEVATOR / EMERGENCY REPORTING
From Elevator phones to Parking Lot and Highway Emergency phones your Subscribers can get it all through American Digital. Using caller I.D. Technology, we can identify the caller before they even say a word and have all the information needed at our fingertips.


 
VIDEO VERIFICATION REPORTING
ON ALARM OR SCHEDULED 'TOURS'

Have your alarm conditions verified with VIDEO VERIFICATION. While the use of video verification cannot STOP the alarm condition, it can assist in the determination if an actual crime in progress or not. Records of all activity are retained to protect all parties for liability.


 
LOCAL CENTRAL STATION NUMBER ANSWERED IN YOUR COMPANY NAME

While our Dealers do receive a toll free number for their subscribers to call into the monitoring center at no additional charge, we can also offer a LOCAL number that is answered in your company name by a live operator 24/7.
